12/08- Sound Design officially begins on Comedy Feature film "Dysfunctional Friends," directed by Corey Grant, starring Stacey Dash, Reagan Gomez-Preston, Wesley Jonathan and Datari Turner.

-Nov. 24th - Just finished feature thriller film entitled "Writewood."

-Mixed 2 Fox "The Big Game " poker shows over the last two weeks.

"Writewood"_Feature Film

- Oct. 19th - Dialog editing begins on feature film entitled "Writewood." Then it will be onto the sound design portion.

- Upcoming projects: Another Feature film, as well as a 15 minute web short entitled "Exposure," are next in line after sound designing and mixing is completed on "Writewood."

Oct.13th & 14th Documentary Mix

Quick update: I'm scheduled to mix a 30 minute documentary entitled "The Creed" tomorrow and Thursday.

- Sept. 26th - We edited and mixed an hour long poker show episode called "Pokerstars: The Big Game," which airs nightly on Fox.

- Sept. 27th to Oct 9th - Sound designing and mixing of feature film "2 28" continues.

- Oct. 2nd - We have a VO session scheduled with animation house 23D.

"2 28" Feature Film

-We just started sound designing feature film "2 28," written and directed by Ben Piety and produced by Erica Harrel. The film is based on the blog "Two Twenty Eight: A Journal Of A Positive Person."

Sept. 7th - We have a V.O. session with actor Keith Robinson for feature film "Dysfunctional Friends," written and directed by Corey Grant.

Sept. 8th - We will begin final mixing 40 minute short "Night Music," directed by Blair Hayes (Bubble boy) and stars Boti Bliss (CSI:Miami), Guy Birtwhistle, and Andrew Fisher.

Sept. 11th - Producer William Tabanou will be editing and mixing Parris Bauer's vocals, which we recorded a few weeks ago, on her song "New Wings."

-Upcoming Project:
*We will be sound designing and mixing a documentary, currently entitled "Pony Rider," about the historical pony express era this fall.

Aug. 28th - Sept. 3rd

-Sat. Aug. 3rd - Producer William Tabanou will be recording & editing Parris Bauer's vocals on her song "New Wings."

-Tues. Aug. 31- Wed. Sept. 1st - We will be placing all music cues and final mixing 40 minute short "Night Music," directed by Blair Hayes (Bubble boy) and stars Boti Bliss (CSI:Miami), Guy Birtwhistle, and Andrew Fisher.

Animation on a Jumbotron

-We are scheduled to sound design and mix a 2 minute animation spot, full of pirate ships and explosions, which will be played on a jumbotron during Eastern Carolina University's football games.

Aug. 2nd-Aug.6th

-Aug. 2nd/3rd- Producer William Tabanou will be recording 11 year old opera singer Golda Berkman today. Editing and mixing of vocals is scheduled for tomorrow.

Last Minute VO session for "Sabotage"

-July 28th - We just finished recording VO talent, Chris smith, for a 2 minute animation sizzle spot for the video game "Sabotage." It's on to "Night Music" ADR editing and mixing now.

July 26th To July 30th

-July 26th - We will complete the mix on short film "Fried," directed by Daniel Foster and edited by Mark David (American Cowslip).

-July 27th - Editing and mixing of commercial entitled "Acting" will resume.

-Producer William Tabanou and singer-songwriter Greg Van Der Veer finish his newest song called "So In Love." Off to mastering this evening!
-Sound Designing on feature film "Shadow People" resumes today and for the rest of the week.
-Ooops, almost forgot...William and Tara Shadzi of the band "Little Lemon" are getting together for a few hours tomorrow morning to do an alt mix on her song "Feel You" for an audition for a songwriting TV show on Bravo that's casting this sunday. Good luck Little Lemon!!! (-:

-LAST WEEK'S RECAP: We did some V.O. work for East West Players' Theater last week . Producer William Tabanou continued working with indie rock artist Jessie Deluxe and singer-songwriter Greg Van Der Veer on their latest songs. Last but not least, the sound designing and mixing of feature film "Shadow People" progressed.
-April 12th-17th: More music sessions with Jessie Deluxe, Greg Van Der Veer, Parris and 10 year old opera singer, Golda, this week. Sound work on feature film, Shadow People," continues as well.

Feature Film and Music Work for the week

-We will begin sound designing/mixing a feature film this week called "Shadow People," starring Judd Nelson.
-Producer William Tabanou will also be working with indie Artists Jessie Deluxe and Greg Van Der Veer on their latest songs.

March 1st-March 9th

-Producer William Tabanou is currently working on music with indie artists Jessie Deluxe, Greg Van Der Veer and Parris over the next week and half.
-Tabanou will also soon be mixing a trailer for the upcoming "The Pony Express" documentary which will be sound designed and mixed here at Tab Sound Design in May.

Tab Sound in Studio City

-Ok, we are finally completely moved in to our new facility in Studio City (Ventura Blvd. and Vineland). We will update the studio pictures and specs soon for everyone to see and read about.
- In the meantime, we've completed the final sound deliverables for the feature film "American Cowslip," which we sound designed and mixed in early 2009.
-Producer/mixer William Tabanou is currently working with Jessie Deluxe on her song "Stand Up," and mixing 5 songs for Parris Bauer's album entitled "New wings."
-We are scheduled to sound design and mix a documentary in May 2010, which is currently being filmed, on the the Pony Express.

Tab Sound Design Moves!

-We are officially moving Tab Sound Design to a great new location in Studio City (CA) off of Vineland and Ventura blvd by the end of January! More news on the move soon...
-Producer William Tabanou and Jessie Deluxe will be tracking drums with her drummer, Scott, on January 25th and 26th on her killer new song "Stand Up."
